Adopt-a-Shoreline | ProSoft Helping Hands (January)

We are trying to get off to a strong start in 2020 by getting involved with our community! Our goal is to participate in a service project at least once a month. For January, we adopted and cleaned a part of the Utah Lake shoreline as part of the Adopt-a-Shoreline Program by the Utah Lake Commission.

In this program, community members voluntarily adopt a shoreline of Utah Lake and clean it throughout the year.

Although we met some snowfall, we were able to collect a good amount of trash along the trail and shoreline. We picked up a little of everything, from small plastic food wrappers to a metal rod!

We're excited this program exists and that we'll be able to come back to this shoreline throughout the year to keep it looking nice!

The Utah Lake Commission is always looking for volunteers. To find out what opportunities are available, click here

Here's to more ProSoft Helping Hands involvement throughout 2020!
