What is Autodesk Vehicle Tracking 2014 software?

On November 7, 2013, Autodesk announced the availability of Autodesk® Vehicle Tracking 2014 software. The software is a comprehensive transportation analysis and design solution for vehicle swept path analysis that enables engineers, designers, and planners at government agencies and engineering consulting firms working on transportation or site design projects to predictably evaluate vehicle movements.

What does it do?

•Provides features to easily analyze and visualize the movements of steered vehicles, light rail vehicles and aircraft, as well as design parking layout and intersections within a drafting (AutoCAD) or design (AutoCAD Civil 3D) environment.

•Rapidly analyze models to identify access or right of way issues

•Provides tight integration within AutoCAD Civil 3D, including 3D surface tracking and native civil object interaction
